In addition to the duties and responsibilities of a Child Care Assistant, the Inclusion Facilitator will mentor and guide children with additional support needs.  The Inclusion Facilitator acts as a support in the child's environment, sets goals, directs and assesses the positive emotional, physical, social and cognitive development of the child with whom they are working and the room in general.  Together with other child care staff,  the Inclusion Facilitator  will guide and implement these goals according to the child's developmental abilities and needs.
