Inclusion Facilitator

Inclusion Facilitators are the primary caregivers of children with additional support needs. They assist in creating and implementing goals that foster the child/children's emotional, physical, social and cognitive development. Inclusion Facilitators work in conjunction with staff, administration, parents and outside services (ex. School personnel, etc.) and ensure consistency with the implementation of the goals set. They also assist CCA duties when it does not conflict with the care of the child with additional needs.
