Early Years Supervisor 

The Supervisor is responsible to guide and direct the team effort of ECEs and CCAs by implementing a system of established procedures designed to ensure that all jobs are performed. The Supervisor works with the management team to develop and implement strategies in order to meet the goals and objectives of the centre.

Qualifications:

• Classification as an ECE ll or lll or a CCA willing to obtain certification within 2 years

• First Aid Certificate 

• 18 years of age or older

• 2 years of experience in the field
