St. Andrews Early Learning and Child Care Centre is a 40 space facility that serves the families and children in the beautiful community of St. Andrews, Manitoba.  St. Andrews ELCC opened its doors in June, 2015 and is the sister site to Rivercrest ELCC.   St. Andrews ELCC provides care for children from the ages of 3 months to 5 years old.

Our centre believes in the importance of play based learning and strives to create an atmosphere that focuses on partnerships between children, families and staff.  We believe that through these partnerships, children can grow to their fullest potential in all areas of development.

Our program recognizes that each child is an individual and are treated as active participants in their own learning.  Children are given the time, freedom, and support to pursue their own interests and developmental needs.  Our goal is to nurture the potential of each child within a stimulating, caring and safe learning environment.

We believe that by building strong, positive relationships with families, the community and our staff, children will develop into confident and caring people who are eager to learn about the world around them.
